Is the software that you are selling full versions?

Yes, we only sell the full versions.

My computer crashed and backup failed. Is there a way to download my purchases again?

Yes, you may download all the disks from your orders again when you wish. Just write us.

I purchased AKAI disk and neither can´t open or mount it. My O/S writes that the file is broken.

Don't forget that this disk is in original AKAI format. You cannot open AKAI disks in Windows Explorer. AKAI format is seen only in AKAI hardware samplers or software samplers such as Kontakt, Halion, Gigastudio, etc. You can also convert AKAI disks to any format using AKAI CDXtract utility.

Why you charge a $5.00 service fee for download?

$5 is the download cost for a single order. If you order 1 product or 20 it will be the same, so it stimulates our customers to make one large order instead of several small.

I received BuyMeACoffee payment link with "Sample packs" label. Is it yours?

Yes, it is our payment link, you may use it.

Can I use at the same time licensed NI Kontakt 7 sampler and your unlocked version?

On PC platform you can use both versions. On our disk there is a Portable version, which doesn't require any installation, you just copy the plug-in to any folder on your hard drive and then add this folder to your VST Plug-ins path inside your DAW. Then re-scan plug-ins and you will be able to use 2 Kontakt samplers.

Why the download speed is so slow?

We have a 100 Mbit upload channel. It is very fast! So please check it again from your side.
